No fucks given, so I took lunch early. No point in makin 5 calls an hour and then taking lunch when (if) it starts workin again. If it doesn't, I hope we get to go home instead if struggling through the day.

What do you do? If our site/power/access to our CRM is down. Its kind of a huge deal haha. I'd love to be in the position of not worrying about these kind of things and just going home haha.

Over the phone tech sales. But all of our customer info is on the site and the phone system is "unofficially" hooked into it (it can work independently but it won't keep our call numbers or know anything about our customers without the system).
